nothing survives in this Application. In that,
Counsel for the Respondents informs that now there
are newly elected trustees. In the circumstances,
this Application is allowed to be withdrawn with
liberty to file fresh application to bring on
record newly elected trustees. That be done within
: 2 :
two weeks from today, failing which, Writ Petition
to stand dismissed for non-prosecution without
further reference to the Court.
2. If steps are taken in time, the proposed
application be listed immediately on the following
Court working day once it is registered, as it
would be only a formality to allow the said
Application, so that the Writ Petition can proceed
for hearing as per its turn under appropriate
caption as it pertains to year 1996. Ordered
accordingly.
