interim order. The learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, the respondents are inviting fresh application and appointing Shikshan Sevaks which will adversely affect the rights of the petitioner. We do not think that the apprehension expressed by the petitioner appears to be correct. The petitioner’s right is already protected by the interim order. It is open for the petitioner’s to get their petitions heard expeditiously. Therefore, we do not think that any further orders are required to be passed in the matter of the impugned advertisement. The Civil Applications are therefore rejected.
