1.We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
Since it is not in dispute that when the matter was
pending in the Family Court, Pune the respondent-husband
was paying Rs.1500/- p.m. to the applicant-wife and
considering the fact that son of the respondent is
studying in 12th standard, it would be just and proper to
direct the respondent-husband to pay Rs.2000/- p.m. to
the minor son Tejas and Rs.1000/- to the applicant-wife
so in all Rs.3000/- be paid to the applicant-wife during
the pendency of the Family court appeal. The order of
the trial Court granting decree of divorce is stayed.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the
case, hearing of the appeal is expedited.
Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
