 applicant.

 2. As per the Government Resolution dated

 4/6/2005, the applicant-Board came to be bifurcated by
 the Government of Maharashtra in three different
 companies, namely, (a) Maharashtra State Electricity
 Distribution Company Ltd., (b) Maharashtra State Power
 Generation Company Ltd. and (c) Maharashtra State
 Transmission Company Ltd.

 3. By this application, it has been brought on
 record that Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution
 Company Ltd. is the successor of the applicant-Board
 and, therefore, the Board is sought to be substituted
 by the new entity i.e. the Maharashtra State
 Electricity Distribution Company Ltd., near Venus
 Corner, Kolhapur.

 4. Application is allowed in terms of prayer
 clause (1) and (2). Appeal memo be amended

¶19

 accordingly within one week.
