1 In the Petition, under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, “the Act”), as the dispute arose with regard to the partnership deed and, now the parties have decided to settle the matter and accordingly executed the consent terms (marked X) dated 3rd August, 2009, signed by all the parties, along with the respective advocates.
2 The parties have settled their dispute in view of this consent terms and have no objection of any kind with regard to the signatures, authorization and identification of the parties. The statement is made that it is well within the framework of law and the record. The parties have accepted the undertakings as recorded as per clauses 5 and 21, the same is

also accepted by the Court. The parties have already agreed for Clause 9, in case of default of payment of installments, that will take force automatically as expressed.
3 In view of this, the Arbitration Petition is disposed of in view of this consent terms.
