various orders passed including the order dated 20-10-2008 passed in Criminal Application No. 3193/08 where under in a similar situation, Tahasildar came to be granted bail as he was in custody for almost one year. In the present case, the applicant is in custody for almost two years. In the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, the present applicant is similarly placed with the applicant in Criminal Application no. 3193/08. The learned APP does not deny the fact that other similarly placed coaccused are released on bail. Hence in my view the present application deserves to be allowed. In the result I pass the following order.
