After hearing the application for some time learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application. However he submits that a direction be issued to the learned Sessions Judge, Dindoshi to commence and conclude the trial within a period of six months. Having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case I deem it appropriate to direct the Sessions Judge, Dindoshi Sessions Court, who is seized of the trial in Sessions Case No.44/09 to expeditiously commence the trial with an endeavor to complete the same preferably within a period of six months from today. With aforesaid directions application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
