1.This application is filed for modification of the conditions
of bail granted to the applicant by the order dated 15th January
2008. By the said order, the applicant was directed to report to
the Narcotics Control Bureau, Mumbai once in a fortnight. Later
at the request of the applicant, the conditions were modified and
the applicant was permitted to report to Narcotics Control Bureau,
Jodhpur at Rajasthan once in a fortnight and once in two months at
Mumbai. About a year thereafter, the applicant is finding this
condition to be stringent and has made the present application for
further relaxation. The identical condition stands modified in
respect of the co-accused by virtue of the order dated 21st April
2009 passed in Applications No.434 of 2009 and 435 of 2009.
Learned counsel for the applicant requests that the similar order
be passed in respect of the present applicant also. Heard both

the counsel. The application is allowed. The condition as regards
attendance by the applicant at NCB Office is modified as follows :
“The applicant shall attend NCB office, Jodhpur,
Rajasthan once in a month on the first working day and
NCB office, Mumbai once in six months on the first
working day.”
The learned counsel for the respondent states that the
applicant attended the NCB office, Mumbai in the last month.
