this Court in Criminal Application No.947 of 2007 for being released on bail and the same came to be rejected on 5/10/2007. This is the third application for being released on bail and we have perused the grounds set out in the application. We are satisfied that there are no new grounds to be taken into consideration for being released by suspending the sentence under Section 389 of Cr.P.C. Hence the application is rejected.
