1.Heard Mr. Patel, learned Counsel for the
applicant. Mr.Konde-Deshmukh, learned A.P.P
appears for the State.

2.Criminal Appeal No.233 of 2008 has been filed by the applicant and as per the order passed by this Court on 8^th April, 2008 he came to be released on bail, but on the condition that he shall report once in a month to Dongri Police Station, Mumbai.

3.By this application the applicant is seeking relaxation in the condition set out in the order dated 8^th April, 2008 for a limited period of

July and August, 2009, Shri Suresh Patil, Police
Inspector from Dongri Police Station is present
in the Court and Mr. Konde-Deshmukh, learned
A.P.P on the oral instructions states that the
applicant has been reporting to the said Police
Station once in a month after the order dated 8th
April, 2008 was passed and therefore, the
application has not been opposed, more so when
it is only for a limited period of August, 2009.

4.Hence, the application is granted in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to undertaking that the applicant shall not leave the boundaries of India without the leave of this Court.
