We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. Keeping in view the totality of circumstances and the role of the accused, we do not consider it to be a fit case where bail should be granted to the applicant at this stage. Furthermore, the order of conviction is dated 4th December, 2007 and we see no reason to grant bail. Dismissed.
