We have heard Mrs. Bhojane the learned counsel for the applicant. Mrs.Deshmukh the learned APP has placed before us the report she has received vide letter dated 3/8/2009 from the Nijampura Police Station, Bhiwandi. As per the said report the applicant’s mother is not suffering from any ailment like cancer and she may have the usual old age health complaints. Hence the reason on which the bail was
sought for a specific period does not exist.
The application is rejected.
Criminal Appeal No. 1272 of 2008 to
proceed for hearing in due course.
