1] In this matter, in pursuance of the Court notice dated 18^th December 2008 issued on Mrs.Sulekha Satish Chavan, daughter of the plaintiff, it is stated that the sole plaintiff has expired and his heirs and legal representatives are the defendants. Plaintiff expired on 2^nd March 2000. It appears that the said daughter of the sole plaintiff communicated to the Registry this fact and she was informed that she must take necessary steps to proceed with the suit or else it would be dismissed for want of prosecution. She has not taken any steps although she received the

communication from the Registry. In these circumstances and when none has been appearing to proceed with the suit, so also the Advocate for plaintiff having expired, there is no alternative but to dismiss the suit for want of prosecution. It is accordingly dismissed.
