In this petition, the petitioner, original complainant, has prayed for a direction to arrest accused named in FIR No.I-447 of
the petitioner's complaint is of a civil nature. We direct the Police to
serve a copy of their summary to the petitioner. We note that a

compilation of the summary is handed over to the petitioner in our presence in Court. We direct the learned Magistrate to give a hearing to the petitioner and pass order expeditiously on the summary submitted by the Police. We make it clear that we have expressed no opinion on any of the contentions raised by the petitioner in this petition. All his contentions are kept open. Needless to say, it would be open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the learned Magistrate if he is aggrieved by it. The petition is disposed of.
