Marketing Co. Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Tiger Detective Services, respectively, are ordered to be deleted from the cause title of the petition.

In view of the statement made, nothing survives in the Petition and the same is accordingly disposed of, with no order as to costs. The Respondent No.1 will abide by their statement.
