. On the last occasion the petitioner was
present in person. His grievance was that though he
was entitled to passport, his passport was not being
issued by the Competent Authority. Counsel for the
Passport Officer submitted that Police Verification
Report had not been received. The learned APP
submits that the Report has already been sent.
Counsel for the Passport Officer assures this court
that if the report is received, the passport will be
issued in due course. As such, writ petition is
disposed of.
