expedient to direct the petitioner to re-submit all the documents pertaining to his caste claim to the employer namely respondent no.2 - Zilla Parishad, Buldhana within four weeks from today. After receipt of those documents,
respondent no.2 - Zilla Parishad, Buldhana is directed to
forward the caste claim of the petitioner along with all the

documents to respondent no.3 within two weeks. After receipt of those documents, respondent no.3 – Caste Scrutiny Committee, shall decide the caste claim of the petitioner within six months. With this direction, the petition is disposed of. The services of the petitioner are protected till the decision of the Caste Scrutiny Committee. The protection will continue for a period of two weeks' thereafter in case the caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated by the Caste Scrutiny Committee.
