1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
wishes to withdraw the petition in so far as it relates
to questioning the correctness of the order of
blacklisting passed by the respondent against the
individual person with liberty to file fresh petition
in each case by giving complete facts challenging the
relevant order which might have been passed against
particular individual person. Petition to that extent
is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
2. Petitioner association has made a
representation to the respondents raising greivance of
its various members for consideration by the Competent

Authority. Counsel appearing for the respondents
states that they will consider the representation as
expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law
and pass appropriate order.
3. In view of the statement made by the counsel
for the respondents, nothing survives in the petition.
Petition is disposed of accordingly.
4. Parties to bear their own costs.
