.The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner
states that the Respondents have deposited a sum of
Rs.86,416.91 pursuant to the impugned order passed by
the Hon’ble Supreme Court. As directed by the Supreme
Court in Civil Appeal No.1778 of 2008 dated 7th April
2008, the same has been directly paid to the Petitioner.
2.The Petitioner does not want to prosecute the
Petition and hence, withdraw the same.
3.The Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
