1. This so-called PIL has been filed by the
petitioner who is a Union. It is prayed that the
action should be taken as the Governments letter
dated 12-7-1995 has not been implemented by the
Private Schools. The petition is vague in its
content. If any particular person has grievance,
obviously the person would be at liberty to approach
the Court in accordance with law. This hardly makes
out a case for PIL.
2. In any case, nobody is present on behalf of
the petitioner. Dismissed for default.
