It is stated on behalf of the State that the entire amount of Rs.10,63,379/- is being recovered from the persons responsible. In fact more than Rs.2,00,000/- have been recovered from the Consultants and effective steps are being taken to ensure that the recovery will be made at the earliest. Nothing else survives in this petition. Whatever grievance the Petitioner can now approach the Government for taking steps.

With the above observation, Writ Petition is disposed of.
Learned Advocate General also states that they will also consider if
necessary disciplinary action is required to be taken in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case.
