1.This writ petitionquestions the
correctness of the order passed by the Magistrate
in issuing the process which is confirmed by the
Sessions Judge. A joint purshis has been filed
by the parties to the writ petition wherein it is

stated that the dispute between the parties has
been resolved amicably and as the complainant
proposes to withdraw the complaint, the learned
counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks
permission to withdraw the writ petition. The
joint purshis is taken on record. The parties to
the petition are present in the Court and they
admit the correctness of the averments made in
the joint purshis filed on record. The writ
petition is permitted to be withdrawn and is
dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to
the parties to approach the trial court with
appropriate application in this regard.
