 1. This notice of motion is taken out by the

 petitioner as it was dismissed for non removal of
 objections i.e. failure on the part of the
 petitioner to file ’Gist of Synopsis’ by the
 Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court.

 2. We do find that there are lapses on the

 part of the petitioner to remove objections as
 Prothonotary and Senior Master has given sufficient
 opportunity to the petitioner before dismissing the
 petition but in the interest of Justice, we are
 inclined to restore the petition as the petitioner
 undertakes to tender Gist of Synopsis during the
 course of the day.

 3. Petition is restored on the aforesaid
 condition and be listed for admission on Monday
 i.e. 15.09.2008.
