Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that they wish to withdraw the charge sheet dated 27/05/2005, with liberty to issue fresh charge sheet. As the department has decided to withdraw the charge sheet, the question of completing the departmental inquiry, within the stipulated period, in terms of the order of the Court does not survive. In view of the statement made on behalf of the applicant, the petition does not survive. The charge sheet having been withdrawn, no cause is made out. Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondents are at liberty to take action in accordance with law and if permissible. No order as to costs.
