In the light of the development subsequent to insolvency notice, the order on the notice of motion, the appeal and the Supreme Court proceedings it is fairly stated by Mr. Jain appearing for the petitioning creditor that in the light of the full and final settlement of the claim of the petitioning creditor recorded before the hon'ble Supreme court nothing survives in this petition and it be accordingly disposed off. In the light of the statement made jointly before me this petition does not survive and stands disposed off. No orders as to costs.
