 respondent company has advertised withdrawal in the

 newspapers pointed out in the affidavit. Thus, there is
 compliance with the order of this Court. In the light of
 the fact that steps have been taken by the parties to
 inform the creditors and contributories and they were at
 liberty to approach this Court or their Advocate and lodge
 their claim but none has done so till this date and even
 till today no claim is put forward, the company petitions
 are allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. No

 order as to costs.
