direction to the petitioner to implead the applicants as
party respondent Nos.6, 7 and 8 to the Writ Petition.
None disputed the fact that the Writ Petition was placed
before me on 23rd April, 2008 and it was disposed of at
the admission stage by a detailed order. Once the Writ
Petition is disposed of, the Chamber Summons making the
above request would not survive and is disposed of
accordingly.
