Heard Advocate Shri A.M.Ghare, for the applicant and Advocate Shriniwas Deshpande for respondent Official Liquidator.
The prayer is to permit the applicants to file copies of the documents mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application on record to enable them to conduct proper cross examination of the Chartered Accountant.
Advocate Deshpande points out that the original certified copies are not on record. The objection raised by Advocate Deshpande can be considered when the stage of exhibition of documents is reached.
In the circumstances, the prayer made in the application is granted. The documents are taken on record for use while recording the evidence.
