 prayer clause (a). The applicant-original respondent
 is permitted to withdraw the amount on filing
 undertaking before the trial Court undertaking this
 Court to bring back the amount on such terms and
 conditions as may be directed by this Court and on
 furnishing bank guarantee of the amount to the
 satisfaction of the trial Court. The withdrawal is
 permitted within a period of six weeks from the date

 . If the amount is not withdrawn within six
 weeks from the date of deposit, that may be invested
 in fixed deposit in a nationalised bank.
