1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2. We direct the M.A.C.T. to disburse the
amount to the respondent / Original claimants in
terms of its operative part of the order dated
8.8.07.
3. We may make it clear that the amount of
compensation which is directed to be invested in
term deposit in a nationalised bank in terms of the
order of the M.A.C.T to be invested in term
deposit with a condition that the nationalised bank
in which the amount would be invested to pay
quarterly interest to respondent no.1 / original
claimant i.e.wife of the deceased to enable her to
maintain her minor children as well as herself.
4. Civil Application No.1377 of 2007 for stay
and Civil Application No.4436 of 208 stands
disposed of in accordance with the aforesaid terms.
