1.Heard advocates appearing for the parties. Out
of the amount of Rs.02,86,311/- deposited by the
applicant, the claimants have withdrawn a sum of
Rs.75,000/- without security.
2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the
case and findings recorded by the Tribunal, Civil
Application is disposed of by passing following order:
(i)The sum of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the
applicants in this Court shall be transferred
to the concerned Tribunal.
(ii)The original claimant Nos.1 and 2 will be
permitted to withdraw a further amount of
Rs.01,00,000/- without security.

(iii)Rest of the amount deposited by the applicants
shall be invested in the fixed deposit in any
nationalised bank and fixed deposit shall be
renewed from time to time till final disposal
of the appeal.
