 1. Heard learned counsel for the Applicants. In view of the
 averments made in the Affidavit in support, delay deserves to
 be condoned. Accordingly, application is made absolute in
 terms of prayer clause (c).

 2. As delay in filing the claims with the Respondent-Official
 Liquidator is condoned, necessary steps will be taken by the
 Official Liquidator on the basis of the claims as
 expeditiously as possible. Application is disposed of
 accordingly.
