Perused the affidavit in support of
the order annexed thereto and the orders, copies
of which are annexed thereto. There is obvious
error in as much as the BIFR has not passed the
final orders on the reference. The reference is
still pending before it.
In the light of this statement made
on affidavit hearing of the company petition is
adjourned sine die. Liberty to apply. Order
passed by this court on 8.1.2008 is modified
accordingly. C.A.disposed off.
