This civil application is moved by the respondent Forest Department for extension of time to comply with the directions issued by this Court vide judgment dated 04.09.2007 passed in Writ Petition No.286/2003.
Mr. M.P. Badar, the learned Special counsel, has submitted that while disposing of the petition, this Court had issued various directions which are incorporated in the operative part of the judgment in Clauses (a) to (j). The learned counsel states that some of the directions are already complied with and some of them are yet to be complied with. The learned counsel further submitted that the steps are being taken to comply with the remaining directions and if further time of three months is granted, all the directions would be complied with.

Looking to the various directions issued by this Court, which needs to be complied with by the concerned authorities, we grant one more opportunity to the concerned authorities by extending time by three months with the understanding that no further time shall be granted. All the directions issued by this Court in the said judgment shall be complied by the concerned authorities. With these observations, the civil application is disposed of.
C.A. NO. 2946/2008 .
This civil application is moved by the applicant for stay of discontinuation of electricity supply and recovery of Rs.3,32,467/-. Neither the applicant nor his counsel is present. Hence, the civil application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
