2. The learned counsel for the applicant
is correct in submitting that the
Official Liquidator should execute a Deed
of Correction in which survey number of
the property which has been conveyed
should be mentioned. Accordingly, the
Official Liquidator is directed to
mention the survey number without, in any
way, altering the area of the property.
Order accordingly.
