.Heard advocate appearing for the applicant and
advocate for the 1st respondent. The applicant has not
complied with order dated 23rd July 2005 and therefore a
show cause notice was issued to the applicant. The
advocate for applicant states that the applicant has
tendered unconditional apology. She invited my
attention to averments made in the paragraph No.2 of the
application.
2.Hence, in view of the averments made in the
application, the apology deserves to be accepted.

3.Application is disposed of by passing following
order:
(i)Time to deposit the amount of Rs.1250/-
is extended by a period of three weeks from
today as a last chance.
(ii)The apology tendered by the applicant is
accepted and show cause notice is dropped.
(iii)The main writ petitions shall be placed
on board on 30th August 2008.
