.Heard advocate for the applicant. Perused
the report of service submitted by the learned
A.P.P. Considering the averments made in the
application, the same is disposed of by passing
following order:

(i)The notice of the 4th and 5th
respondent shall be published in Daily Free
Press Journal and Daily Navshakti. In
addition to service by publication, notice
shall be served by affixing in terms of
section 65 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973 by the concerned police
officer by affixing the notice on some
conspicuous part of the place of residence

of the 4th and 5th respondent disclosed in
the cause title of the petition.

(ii)Notice is made returnable on 20th
October 2008. The applicant will file on
record requisite number of copies of the
newspaper before the returnable date.

(iii)Leave to carry out amendment to the
writ petition for correcting the address of
the 5th respondent.
