2. By this application the applicant prays for
bail pending the decision of the revision application
which has been admitted. The applicant has been
convicted and sentenced with S.I. for one month
u/s.171-F of the IPC. The maximum punishment for the
offence is one year. The offence is bailable and non
cognizable. In view of this, in my view during the
pendency of the revision application, the applicant
deserves to be granted bail.
3. Hence the applicant be released on bail on
his furnishing a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with
one or two sureties of the aggregate amount of
Rs.20,000/-.
