1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and
learned APP for the State.
2. The applicant has been convicted for offence
u/s.326 and 321 of the IPC and sentenced to suffer RI
for three years and pay fine of Rs.5,000/-. Fine has
been paid. The revision application has been
admitted. During the course of the trial, the
applicant was on bail and even after the conviction
by the trial court, the applicant was on bail during
the pendency of an appeal. There is no instance of
the revision applicant misusing the concession of
bail granted to him either in the trial court or in
the appellate court. On instructions of Mr.Kore, PSI
the learned APP confirms that the applicant has not
misused the concession of bail granted to him by the
trial court or the lower appellate court.
3. In the circumstances, applicant be released
on bail on his executing a personal bond of
Rs.30,000/- with two sureties of the like amount till
the disposal of the application.
