u/s.438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The

learned APP on instructions of Mr.R.M.Mangle, PSI
states that after this application was made,
charge-sheet was filed in the Court of Judicial
Magistrate First Class, Uran. In view of the fact
that charge-sheet has been filed, learned counsel for
the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application
with liberty to move the appropriate court for
regular bail. Leave granted. Application disposed
of as withdrawn with liberty as above.
