This petition has been filed seeking quashing of F.I. R. No. 133 of 2008
with the Matunga Police Station, Mumbai. During pendency of this petition, it appears that the charge sheet has been filed. Therefore, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to take whatever steps that may be available to him in law before the learned trial Court at the time of framing of charge or while making an application for seeking discharge. This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
