1.The grievance of the petitioner is that
their structures have been demolished over night,
except that of Petitioner No.3, and their case
for regularisation has not been considered and
that they have got right to prefer an appeal in
the matter and, therefore, they have approached
this Court.

2.It is not disputed by the petitioners
that they were occupying the Government land but
they claim that their structures are eligible for
being regularised. We, therefore, dispose of
this petition with directions to the Respondents
to follow due process in the matter by permitting
the petitioners to take recourse or remedy
available to them under law. With these
directions, this petition is disposed of.
