1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
the learned counsel for respondent No.1.
2. It appears that some appeals are pending
before the appellate authority filed by some of the
hotels who are members of the petitioner-association.
It is made clear that in such an appeal, the
petitioners are entitled to raise all the issues
which are raised in the petition before the appellate
authority.
3. In view thereof, the learned counsel for the

petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. The
petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as
such.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner
undertakes to pay the deficit court fee within a
period of three weeks from today, failing which the
petition to stand dismissed without any further
reference to the Court.
