order of removal passed on 17th November 1999. This
petition has been filed on 16th August 2007. The
petition is stale. The delay in challenging the
order of suspension and termination which are passed
in the years 1993 and 1999 respectively is not
satisfactorily explained. Petition is rejected on
the ground of delay and latches.
