 which is challenged and therefore the
 petition has to be preferred before the
 Nagpur Bench of this Court.
 Accordingly, the writ petition is
 disposed of with liberty to the
 petitioners to approach the Nagpur Bench
 of this Court, if the petitioner
 desires.
