1. The petitioner had approached this Court
with a prayer to direct the respondents to comply
with circular dated 2-2-2002 and to return a sum of
Rs.2,00,000/- due to the petitioner in terms as set
out in petition. The petitioner had made an
application on 3-8-2005 before respondent No.4 and
as the Respondent No.4 has not acted on the same,
present Petition is filed.
2. At the stage of admission it appears that it
was pointed out to the Court that an appeal was
pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
Considering that, the petition was only admitted.
The petitioner has not taken an application to point

out that the appeal preferred before the Supreme
Court has been dismissed by an order dated 6-9-2007,
copy of said order has been annexed.
3. Considering the prayer clause, ends of
justice will be met if the respondent No.4 is
directed to dispose of the petitioners application
dated 3-8-2005 within 15 days of a copy of this
order been served on respondent No.4.
4. With these observations, the writ petition
is disposed of.
5. In view of disposal of the writ petition,
the application become infructuous. Hence, the
civil application is dismissed.
