1. The only grievance made by Shri Patil appearing for
the petitioner in this petition is that the Divisional
Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai has not yet disposed
of the appeal bearing No.Appeal/Desk/LNA/460/2005 despite
the interlocutory order passed therein on 7th January,
2006.
2. The petition is disposed of with a direction to the
Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai to
dispose of the said appeal, if not already disposed of,
within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of
the copy of this order.
3. All concerned to act on authenticated copy of this
order.
