2. This petition is filed seeking enforcement of
the order passed by the Commissioner, State Excise,
Maharashtra State, Mumbai dated 5th January, 2007.
By the said order, the Superintendent of State Excise
is directed to grant FL-III licence to the
petitioner. Mr.Solkar, learned counsel for the
respondents state that the respondents have not taken
any steps to challenge the order passed by the
Commissioner, State Excise dated 5th January, 2007.
3. In this view of the matter, the
Superintendent, State Excise is directed to comply

with the order passed by the Commissioner, State
Excise dated 5th January, 2007 by issuing FL-III
licence to the petitioner within a period of four
weeks from today.
4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly
with no order as to costs.
