. Heard Mr.Mankapure, the learned counsel for
the petitioner, Mr.Ingawale, the learned counsel
appears for the respondent no.1 - complainant.
The petitioner is directed to remain present
before the trial Court on the next date i.e. 30th August 2007 and he shall remain present on the
subsequent dates as and when required to face the
prosecution.

. On the undertaking furnished by him to appear before the trial Court on 30th August 2007, the
non-bailable warrant issued against him is stayed upto 29th August 2007.
. The petitions are disposed off in terms of the
above directions.
. Writ to go to the trial Court forthwith.
