1. In view of the fact that there is alternate equally
efficacious remedy available to the petitioner to
challenge the impugned order, the Writ petition is not
pressed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to
apply for condoning the delay in filing of the Appeal
provided by the Act and such an application, if made be
duly considered in accordance with law and taking into
account the pendency of the petition.
